Boxi Park | Sand Volleyball Court Installation
Project Scope
This project includes the ground-up construction and installation of:
- Multiple sand volleyball courts
Professional-grade volleyball netting and equipment - Synthetic turf walkway for accessibility and flow
- Perimeter fencing for safety and structure
- Pour-in-place (PIP) rubber safety surfacing beneath the existing playground
Each element was designed and executed to enhance both functionality and the overall guest experience while maintaining the high standards expected at Boxi Park.
Description of Work
Located in the heart of Lake Nona, Boxi Park is one of Central Florida’s most dynamic outdoor destinations—bringing together food, entertainment, and recreation in a high-energy, community-driven environment.
Medley Sports Construction was selected by Tavistock to expand the park’s recreational offerings through the construction of additional sand volleyball courts and supporting site features.
