Requirements:
- Operate heavy machinery (dozer, loader, excavator, roller)
- Operate small equipment
- Be familiar with blueprints
- Must have experience in site work, drainage and grading
- Concrete experience is a plus
- Experience with grades and elevations
- Certifications a plus
- Experience with construction layout stakes
- Must be able to operate hand/power/pneumatic tools
- Must be able to demonstrate safe driving habits
- Implements safe workplace practices
- Observes markings on ground, hand signals, or grade stakes
- Inspects equipment for deficiencies, such as tracks, lights, brakes, fuses, and fluid level and submits report indicating equipment condition.
- Adheres to all safety policies, procedures, and instructions from management
- Must have a clean/valid driver’s license
- Willing to work flexible hours
- Five (5) years of experience required
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must be able to complete and pass a Jessica Lunsford background check-NO PAST FELONIES

Work outside, learn new skills, be willing do what it takes to get the job done - Must have Driver license
- Travel on occasion around Florida
- Must pass Jessica Lunsford background screening and drug test
