Medley Sports Construction was proud to partner with Windsor Island Resort to deliver a full-scale amenity center designed to elevate the guest experience for families visiting the Central Florida area.
Located near world-renowned attractions like Walt Disney World Resort, Windsor Island Resort is a premier vacation destination offering villa-style accommodations and resort-style amenities. Our team was contracted to build a comprehensive outdoor recreation space that complements the resort’s high standards and family-focused environment.
Description of Work
This project involved the design, supply, and installation of multiple outdoor amenities from the ground up, creating a cohesive and functional recreational hub for guests of all ages.
- Installation of custom 2–12-year-old playground structures
- ADA-compliant swing set installation
- Synthetic turf safety surfacing for enhanced durability and safety
- Benches and site furnishings
- Perimeter and safety fencing
- Construction of pickleball courts and basketball courts with custom color coatings
- Installation of sports equipment for multi-sport use
- Development of a sand beach volleyball court with fencing and equipment
