Project Scope
Shade structure installation.
Description of Work
We were awarded the project of Tropical Neighborhood Park with Osceola County in 2020. The project was a government funded project to help make improvements to the existing county parks. The Tropical Neighborhood Park project scope included a custom-built pavilion with two picnic tables. The custom-built Pavilion was designed by the County and required us to build from ground up.
Shade Structure Installation
The project included a new shade structure over an existing playground. We supplied and installed the shade structure, which required us to excavate footers, build rebar cages, anchor bolt and perform concrete work.
Pavilion Over Picnic Area
In facilitating the pavilion, we had to demo the area, layout the pavilion area, excavate footers, anchor bolt and perform concrete work as well as painting, carpentry, and roof work. We also supplied and installed two picnic tables for the newly built pavilion area.
