Project Scope
Synthetic turf infield baseball field.
Description of Work
We were contracted through Orangewood Christian School to renovate an existing grass baseball field. The renovation included converting the natural grass/clay infield to a synthetic turf infield.
Drainage and Site Work
We completed the project turn key starting with removal of clay and grass and hauling off site. We then installed drainage pipes around the infield and tied into existing catch basins in the parking lot. We then lasergraded the site and installed the rock base.
Turf
We constructed a new pitchers mound and designed, supplied and installed the synthetic turf for the new turf infield. We ensured the proper playability for the field by topdressing with sand and rubber to the coaches liking.
