Jacksonville Beach Skate Park
Project Scope
Shade structure, two pavilions, and synthetic turf installation.
Description of Work
We were contracted through Flores Construction to install a shade structure, two pavilions, and synthetic turf for the new skate park for the City of Jacksonville Beach. The project included installing a new shade structure over a common area, installing two picnic pavilions around the skate park, and installing a synthetic turf common area.
Shade Structure and Pavilion Installation
We supplied and installed the shade structure, which required us to excavate footers, supply, build and install specialty rebar cages, and supply and install anchor bolts. The same site work was also done when we installed two pavilions around the park.
Synthetic Turf Installation
The turf common area was at the top of the skate park for all to enjoy. We installed the required base rock synthetic foam pad and the synthetic turf.
We were happy to have the opportunity to work with Flores Construction and help enhance the City of Jacksonville Beach Skate Park.
