Project Scope
Medley Sports Construction partnered with the City of Winter Springs to revitalize the tennis and pickleball courts at Trotwood Park, a central hub for community recreation.
This project focused on restoring existing courts through professional resurfacing and precision painting. Our team repaired surface cracks and corrected birdbaths to improve drainage and playability, creating a safer and more consistent surface for athletes.
The scope also included supplying all materials, installing netting, and upgrading fencing for long-term durability.

Trotwood Park serves as a key recreational destination for the Winter Springs community, offering a wide range of amenities including basketball courts, racquetball courts, softball and soccer fields, and multi-use spaces. Enhancing the tennis and pickleball courts helps maintain the park’s role as an active, community-centered environment.
