Project Scope

Shade structure over pool, new bocce ball court, new pickleball courts, and cantilever shelters.

Description of Work

We were contracted through Jordan Brothers Construction to provide amenity related work to the new neighborhood community called Serenoa in 2019. The project included the new shade structure over the newly built community amenity center and pool, the new build of multiple courts including bocce ball, pickleball, and three new shelters.

Shade Structure Installation

For the shade structure project we provided a turn key service which included layout of the poles, excavating the footers, rebar structures, anchor bolt work and supply and install shade structure as well as concrete work.

Sports Court (Bocce Ball) Installation

The Bocce Court required us to demo existing area, grade subgrade and compact and install base and gravel layers. supply and install black acrylic resurfacer, supply and install colorcoating with specific school choice colors and stripe all tennis courts.

Sports Court (Pickleball) Installation

For the pickleball courts we demo the existing area, grade subgrade and compact, install rock base grade and compact, install asphalt, install black surfacers on new courts and color coat with striping. We also installed all the nets and posts for the new pickleball courts.

Cantilever Shelters

We supplied and installed three shelter structures around the community center. Each shelter required excavating footers, rebar cage structures, anchor bolt work, concrete work and supply and install all shelters.

We are proud to be hired as a subcontractor for this beautiful amenity center. We are a specialty contractor who can custom build and install such unique outdoor amenities in the Central Florida area. Not only did we finish the project on time, but we were also able to help enhance the new neighborhood’s amenity center.
